What have we done?
The foundation has assisted with travel to and from The Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, provided for rehabilitation needs as well as provided for the unseen emotional needs such as PTSD, traumatic brain injuries and depression.
The foundation also helps to support The Green Beret Foundation which provides unconventional resources to facilitate the special needs of our wounded, ill and injured and imparts unique support to the Special Forces community, the VFW Post 1822’s Wounded Veteran Fund, and Fairways for Warriors who are dedicated to providing a better quality of life for our Wounded Warriors by teaching them to play the game of golf.”
The foundation has also secured a hot tub and installed a pad for a paralyzed veteran with a TBI to assist with his physical therapy, built a trike for a Special Forces double amputee soldier and purchased a new vehicle for a triple amputee to better provide for his needs. We assisted in purchasing an elevator for a paralyzed veteran to reach the second floor in his house.
